shipping costs and methods
Shipping restrictions We use UPS and Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. We only ship within the US, Hawaii and Alaska add an additional $5.95. What is your return policy? Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED W/ TAGS ATTACHED. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Where do I send my return or exchange? Please send your return or exchange to: 1370 Reynolds Avenue Suite # 105 Irvine, CA 92614 How do I make a return or exchange? Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). When will my order be processed? Orders placed Monday-Friday between 8:00am - 2:00pm PST will be processed the same day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. Orders received after 2:00pm PST will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 2:00pm PST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
