STACY GLASS
Founder & Creative Director of Chica Boom ® , Stacy Glass, has always had a flair for fashion and a natural artistic talent. Stacy created a sense of style at a very young age with outfits that were fun and always coordinated. She translated her sense of style onto paper and started sketching and designing her way towards a career in fashion.
Stacy studied fashion design and graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. Stacy began working for one of the top junior retail stores in the US. It was there that she started designing for young women like herself and found success quickly. Stacy’s ability to forecast trends enabled her to have many #1 selling items within the company.
Soon thereafter, Stacy became the head designer of a company that allowed her to expand her talent and design for various categories and companies. She also received the opportunity to travel to Europe. While on a trip to Italy, Stacy decided she wanted to create a young contemporary line of clothing that was stylish, yet comfortable. Thus, Chica Boom ® was born. Chica Boom ® is devoted to young women like herself that want cute, cozy, and cool clothes at an affordable price. Chica Boom's ® designs are fun, stylish, and designed to mix-n-match to effortlessly fit your mood and style.
